Creedmoor shoulder pad

Post by mcralph »

Anyone else have trouble with the Creedmoor shoulder pad being too large and bunching up? This is on the lightweight canvas coat.

I have trouble getting the adjustable butt plate on my rifle into the same position every time. I think that a lighter, more flexible pad would be better - maybe like a vintage 10X.

I had the same problem with my CS Freeland Coat.
It wasn't the pads, but the fit of the coat in my shoulder.
I ended up taking it to a coat to a custom seamstress who had experience with coats.
She ended up taking out a lot of material so it sit right. I was able to take my stock to her shop, to make sure fit was right before she stitched it back up.
Good luck, these people are hard to find.
