He is welcome to attend and shoot. Vincent has competed in previous matches at our club so he is not an unknown quantity to us.

If you are considering shooting this match, please send in your entry form/fee to me as soon as possible. The relays are filling up quick. At present, all three relays are about half full now. So now would be a good time to pick your relay. I suspect we will reach range capacity sooner rather than later and I would hate to turn you or anyone away. But it happens.
