Shooting Boots, Jacket seam, 3x air match Colorado Springs

Does anyone know if USA shooting will be enforcing the flexibility test on the shooting boots and the jacket seam? I know at least the boots will need to be rounded. My understanding was that USA shooting did not adopt these rules unless you are of course a traveling member of the team. I'm just not sure if they are enforcing more stingent ISSF rules at the upcoming 3X air match. Thanks.
