Custom IZH46m cocker wooden block

Perhaps a stupid question for which I apologize.
Just curious if anyone makes custom wooden blocks for the cocking handle on the IZH pistol to replace the plain looking stock one. A nice piece of walnut would be nice. Little darker with perhaps a bit of figure.
Just looking at it, I wouldn't have the tools or the patience to try it myself.
