Sam Gates smallbore sight supply

Upon searching past threads on this sight, I have discovered that there may be additional current sources to purchase another Sam Gates or Gates derivitiave sight.
I would like to get a backup sight or two.
Does HP sight still make the sight? I particularily like the version that is designed to directly fit on the Anschutz style receiver dovetail. How is the quality for $400? If it equal to the original Gates sight, then it is worth $400
I read info on a John Bowers, and his relationship with Gates. Does he still offer a sight? Does he have a version that fits the Anschutz dovetail directly?
I have always felt the Gates sight would have been far more common if it had fit the Anschutz style dovetail. Somewhere, I found an adapter that fitted the Anschutz dovetail, and the Gates sight screwed directly to it. I have no idea who made it, but I suspect it was just something I bought from Steve Dember, possibly bought from the local guy by the name of Raymer. (he made many windmills).
