I don't know if this has been asked before, I had a look around on the forum and couldn't find anything.

But has anyone bedded their Aluminium Stock

These are the more recent discussions. The consensus was that an alumnium stock can be bedded, although it doesn't appear to be very common. Out of interest why do want to bed an alu stock? The action inlet should be at least as precise as with a wooden stock, and the stock should be much more stable through changes in humidity and temperature than wood, and be pretty much impervious to crushing through overtightening the bolts, which are the common reasons to be a wood stock.

Gary just find the correct torque for your alloy stock, buy a torque wrench and check it every so often.
