The biathlon is the only sport that combines shooting and skiing. I agree that this is not an Olympic sport, but maybe it should be. It looked like fun and very challenging. It also was a great way to showcase the sporting use of different guns.
It reminded me of some WWII era film I've seen showcasing the marksmanship skills of Finnish Ski troops. If they all shot like that film it's not surprising that they stacked up the Soviet troops like cordwood!
Those girls have class. Maybe the video shows some type of cross training? Shooting a pistol on skis looked pretty cool. Reminded me of James Bond movies. Hopefully she can give her sister or mom a medal.
