I'm just curious, do anyone know why Alexei Klimov switched from Benelli to Pardini?

Allegedly lack of support. He said that in interview somewhere, can't remember where.

What does "support" really mean?

Ease of getting solutions from the manufacturer or their domestic agents. If a gun is having problems, how quick are they to get you spares or repairs, replacement guns and such. How much personal attention do they give the athletes using their gear? Are they prepared to modify their products for individual custom orders? I know several of the major manufacturers who can, will and have done this for friends of mine. Not necessarily the biggest names in town, but they're still willing to work with them, and that's a level of service and support that ensures customer loyalty.

I'd guess in this case both technical and financial.
