USAS time limits using paper targets

I've gone through the rules concerning the use of paper targets for 50m rifle and everything seems to be referencing the use of a target carrier system and not stationary target stands. The only thing referencing hanging targets is for 50ft and 10m targets. In the technical chapters I thought it referenced the use of a 6 bull paper target too. Anyone familiar with this. I can't imagine 60 min. Time limit if you hang your targets every 20 shots.

USA Shooting breaks out the times for the JO qualifiers.
The host info is not linked on their website, but when I get home tonight I'll post on the Valencia County website.

We used the six aiming mark Targets with a Sighter or two beside and shot two thirty shot matches. Sorry cannot remember timing we have now gone to a Target changer Box and shoot a full sixty shotter it is definitely the way to go on paper.
