Does anyone know where I can find a copy of MECs The Psyche of the Shot 2010 in the US?

I'm not too sure about where to purchase a copy in the US, but, Intershoot(based out of the UK) does have a copy of this book in stock and they do ship to the US. Delivery takes about two weeks, give or take. Link at the bottom.
