Breathing techniques for 10 m air pistol

Have been shooting since 8 months now. Would like to understand the breathing technique better !

What is the best way to get it right...

1. Take few deep breaths, raise the pistol, stop slightly above the black take a small breath and then continue down for the final shot?

2. Take a deep breath, raise the arm and go right down without a pause !!

Please advise.

Both methods work, it's just a matter of which method you prefer. Oh and however you do it, each descent should be accompanied with a small exhalation as you lower the gun.
