Hi, Guys. I've got a question for you international Centerfire shooters. Is your aim point the same for the B19 and B38 targets (possibly center hold) or do you use six o'clock on B19 and change sights for B38 or what?

I've tried six on the 19 and guessed lower mid on the 38 and I've tried center hold on both and with my eye problems the front sight gets lost in the black.

What's the consensus?

It's a problem. I decided not to fool around and do something stupid, so I use a center hold for this game only.

The huge "rapid" 10 counts as much as the slow, small 10.

I use area aim (low 6 o'clock) for the precision half, and change sights to a slight low centre hold for rapidfire.
Rapidfire hold area is just low of centreline (line visible) to the bottom of the ten ring.
Adjust the sight in the vertical and depending on gun you may need some horizontal adjustment.

That's exactly what I used to do when I shot CF.

For me it was approximately 20-21 clicks on a FAS 603, but maybe that was just due to my perception of the two aiming areas.

I use center for both.

That said, sight picture and alignment don't matter all that much for center fire, it's a game of trigger control.

I'm sure you also use center hold for rapid fire pistol. But, do you also use that same hold for AP?

Me too - and have been doing so for 35 years.

I tried centre hold for the rapid fire stage but I kept on firing the shot below the 10-ring so in the end, decided not to fight it!

BTW, good trigger control means a shot won't go into the ground, just downrange, in the duel portion, right? ;-)

And regarding AP, how in the world do you see black sights against the bull?

That's an absolutely gorgeous representation, but I have never been able to achieve that perfectly correct image. Not even when my eyes were younger.

All you have to do to see what I see when I shoot is to scroll up to the image of the sight picture, grab your computer screen, hold it at arms length, and shake vigorously :)

NO! The only one I had was a right handed one. Got to wait for next year's pension payment to buy a left handed one. Then the world record attempt is on again!!!
