Feinwerkbau C10 pellet velocity screw

I'm a new user and first of all I'd like to say hello to everyone. Actually, I've been lurking for some time.
I'm seeking advice about the pellet velocity screw (screw #9) on my Feinwerkbau C10 pistol (which I bought second hand).
I was about about to tinker with pellet velocity, but I found that the screw is VERY tight. I can't budge it. Looking at the drawings, it doesn't seem to be blocked or fastened by something else. Any ideas?
Another question: is the main spring supposed to be shorter than the bolt stroke when the pistol is uncocked? Or is it somehow "crushed" from wear?
Thank you for your help.
