Shooting Jacket
Hi,
I just bought a brand new, used jacket. (hopefully you spot the joke in there). Anyway im trying to identify its manufacturer so that i can get some cleaning information for it.
It is German as it has German writing on the label describing its material make up. No manufacturer is stated on it. It fits very well and feels fairly solid. it looks like its a few years old and needs a bit of a scrub.
If anyone can help that would be great even if you have just cleaning instructions that would be great.
Thanks
Andy

Anschutz, kustermann or kurt thune? Are those not German.
Anyway. It's not that important about the manufacturer more how you clean yours. The manufacturer was more of an off chance thing. There isn't anymore information about it that I can give.
So how about washing ideas I think ill struggle to get it in the machine :)
Thanks folks

Kurt Thune is actually not German, they're made in Finland :)
But yes, Anschütz does make jackets too which I had forgotten about, as well as Kustermann. At the time the only one I could think of was Gehmann.
And people have always recommended me to dry clean mine because the canvas will shrink like no other in a washing machine.
