Massage

Post by shadow »

While the topic may seem strange, I was wondering if massage prior to shooting would produce negative or positive results on the muscles involved in shooting.

I'm no expert but I would think negative. Shooting relies on muscle memory and everything feeling the same. After a massage your muscles will feel different, move more freely and there move different
