ISSF World Cup Bankok - No Martinoff

Watched the Final Stage ISSF World Cup in Bankok and Sergei Martinoff wasn't there. The commentator mentioned something about him winning the olympics as the reason. What's that got to do with attending the final state of the ISSF? There were many others there from the Olympics in the final.

I'm guessing he wanted a rest, same as a lot of others who were also absent.

I read somewhere that the Russian administration fouled up their passports.Sergei and 5 other shooters.
