Sorry if this is a silly question. I just dont understand the manual
The manual says:
Sighting adjustments
Shooting high:
⇒ Turn the upper adjusting screw (20) into
direction “H”.
Shooting low:
⇒ Turn the upper adjusting screw (20)
into direction “T”.
Shooting right:
⇒ Turn the side screw (21) into direction
“R”.
Shooting left:
⇒ Turn the side screw (21) into direction
“L”.
When it says 'shooting right' does it mean that I am currently shooting right and I need to shift to the left, or that I want to shoot more to the right?

It is not a silly question. It can be confusing since FWB pistols (along with many others) have a different way of sight adjustment.
The answer to your question is the former.
If the shot is to the right then in order to shift the POI to the left you turn the knob towards "R".
In general you adjust to where the shots are and not where you want them to go.

Like Taz side R=shooting right L=shooting left. The way I remember the H (shooting high) and the T (shooting low) is if I need to go down I want to go down in the Hole and if I am shooting low I need to go up to the Top.
