Looking for specific occluder

I have seen a flip up occluder used by Jorge Llamas (spain) and Martin Podhrasky (czech) but cannot find out where to buy or who makes them.

They are clip on for " normal" glasses and flip up. Seem curved and shaped to suit this style of glasses.

Any ideas? Please post and pm ?
