Lubrificantion for a Pardini SP .22LR pistol

What lubrificants do you recommend me to use on a Pardini SP .22LR?

Nothing specific about the Pardini, but a good general discussion.
You could also search the forum on "lubrication" or "lubricant" and get quite a few hits.
