An interesting article, but all things I employ religiously.
I need to refine something, to get my shallow tens to deep tens consistently.
What do YOU do to reduce the wobble zone ?

I do more or less as the article specifies, work on balance, NPA, relaxation, position building and consistency. No special tricks, just hard work.

I remember reading in Ways Of The Rifle, about wobble boards. They are to help your balance.

Here is a good exercise. Spend 30 minutes a day just working on your hold. Don't shoot or dry fire. Just work on your hold. If you can, do it wearing just sweats and barefoot. If you work hard and stick with it, your hold will improve.
