2011 Coach College and Conference - Olympic Training Center

USA Shooting will host the 2011 Coach College (November 12-17) and Coaches Conference (November 18-20 ) for continuing education of our coaches and program leaders at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Coaching athletes is one of the most challenging endeavors, and it can be one of the most rewarding. To help you meet the challenges of coaching competitive athletes, the National Rifle Association, USA Shooting and the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) encourage you to participate in the Coach Education Program. The Coach Education Program (CEP) is a cooperative effort of these national shooting organizations and is administered by the NRA.

If you have thought about being a certified coach (rifle/pistol/shotgun)or expand your skills and get your Level 3 coach certification, this is your chance. The coach conference is THE place to learn from others, network with other coaches and build a better competitive program at your club. Your program could produce future Olympic champions.

Dorm rooms at the U.S. Olympic Training Center are available for $45 per night with meals on a first come first serve basis. There are a limited number of rooms and they will fill fast. Don’t wait, register now.
