One of the ranges where I shoot has really difficult lighting conditions. The 50 yard targets are really dark. The 25 yard targets are really bright. Depending on which point you get, you may have bright light directly on the sights. On other points, you may have almost no light at all.

I have a pair of Benellis. I bought both used. Neither included any extra front or rear sight blades.

Can someone tell me if the sight blades have different notches? Can you get different width front sights? How easy is it to change out the sights? Will the zero be close?

Got files?

You can file the notches larger, but you can't file them smaller.

I find that a cheap (hardware store) 3/16" chainsaw file will cut a beautiful half moon notch just like the Russians used to win with. Easy to do if you're not a complete bumbling spaz.

Before filing the notch, use a grinder to take the edge grooves from the file so it won't make the notch deeper. I got a rear sight blade from Larry's guns that he filed too deep because the file he used cut deeper as well as wider. It still gripes me that he wouldn't make good on it.
