Well I just got back into bullseye shooting not to long ago. I forgot how much fun it was. I am not going to compete just plink for the personal enjoyment and relaxation.
I still shoot an old MK1 and still have what it takes. Except the fact the old girlie watchers aint what they used to me and I am having a hell of a time seeing the front sight. I was wondering if any of you folks have painted or altered your front blade so it is more visible to you.
The other thing is I am down sizing and am selling my shooters box and have been trying to find a good quality case to hold the MK1 but all I find in the store are cheep plastic hinged non-metal latched flimsy cases. So if anyone can recommend a good quality case please let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Most of us don't alter our guns so we can see the front sight as we might want to shoot more than one gun.
A trip to an optometrist might be in order to get fitted for a pair of glasses that will focus in on the front sight. Another option for older eyes is going to a red dot.
