Centra Toz Balance Supplier

I have been trying to order a Centra Toz Balance but they only seem to be available in the UK or Germany and the suppliers I have tried wont ship outside the EU. Does anyone know of a supplier of this product who will ship to the rest of the world as I can't seem to find one?

Have you tried Allermann? [hans-juergen.hennjes@allermann.de] I'm in the US, and they've shipped an air pistol to me.
