How many shots, how many shots per target, how many sighters, type of target, distance, timing etc etc etc.
In other words, the description of the event you are shooting.

Indoors, 60 shots taken in 90 minutes from 10 metres.

Basically yes, but obviously more detailed information would be required for it to be a complete match description.
There are certain things that could be taken for granted. Slow fire air pistol at 10m, you can take a good guess that it's going to be the ISSF 10m air pistol target.
By the way, I presume you realise that the real ISSF air pistol match is 105 minutes (including sighters).
