Setting up a Rifle

A newbie to this but how do you set the sight picture on a 10 meter rifle. Do you normally shoot sub 6 or shoot the bull.

Most people you will hear use a round aperture and not the post front sight. With that being said the target will just be centered in the aperture. If you are going to use a post front sight I would hold six oclock. But would highly reccommend the round aperture.
