Hola. I have this Morini 162ei with a leaking problem. I have brand new 2 cylinders. They were bought two months ago. When you attach the cylinder to the pistol, you even can listen the leak. I have the special tool to remove the pressure valve, but I do not know which seals I have to change. Does anyone of you had the same problem as mine? I appreciate very much your help to this matter, regards from Costa Rica, Roberto.

Do the tanks hold pressure when not fitted to the pistol?

Hola David...and thanks for your help. The cylinders both, are just brand new...and of course they hold the charge when are not attached to the pistol. As soon as you attach the cylinder, you can hear the leak and will last about 30 minutes to have it full empty. I do know that the problem is in the pistol. But there are so many different o-rings, should I change all them all?...the pressure valve has some too. Just guessing. Thanks again!

Sounds like time to strip, clean, lube and change all the seals. I do mine about every 2 yrs.
Either purchase a factory seal kit or you can buy commercial seals to do the job. If you buy commercial O rings, get Nitrol 90 seals, they are a little harder than standard and wear better. The difficult seal to find commercially is the little poppet valve seal.
It is not a difficult job if you have played with hydraulic or pneumatic seals before.

Thanks for your advise David. That´s what I was thinking to do, but I was not sure. I think I should go direct to Morini factory. Our facilities getting the right O-rings here in Costa Rica are very difficult and hard to find. Perhaps here, with Rohnda I might get lucky. Do I need another special tool besides the tool for the pressure valve to do the job right?...sorry my dare to ask.
