Any ISSF rules against wearing clogs while shooting?

I wore Dansko clogs while shooting today. Stand there for two hours, never felt so comfortable standing.
Dansko clogs has no back cover, so it is like an orthopedic arch supported, thick heel (1 1/2 inch) slipper clog. It is what people who standing on their feet all day, like chef and hospital staff, wear
Any rules against those Swedish (or Danish) clogs?
In a match, would someone actually say " You can't wear that here" ?

The ISSF will probably outlaw them as they don't make you look athletic enough!

You can always claim they are traditional dress. You just better not walk funny in them.

The only rule that could apply is that the shoe can't give you support so the shoe can't cover the ankle bone. If there are any other rules it would be local range rules. Last year at Fort Benning they wouldn't let a shooter shot in flip flops shot because they didn't want a hot shell landing on her foot and causing an accident. So she had to change shoes that covered her feet.

Along those lines, I know there are some rule interpretations against shooting while only wearing socks.

I don't understand that reasoning. What's wrong with just socks?

Perhaps the logic is that a hot centrefire case rolling under a socked foot would cause a flinch and possible "accident"?

Clogs could be one of the better options for footware for shooting given the stiffness of the sole. I have been think about using them. I know lots of Dr.'s and Nurses use them.
From research on this I have found barefoot or very stiff soles are better for your stability.

Just a little advice as to the ISSF and rules as evident from their recent "interpretation" of the rules it's very evident that they just make up new rules as they go along.
