Is there an home made way to determine if my trigger is set to rules?
What is the weight for the trigger on an air pistol?

Sorry to state the obvious but yes, make yourself a trigger weight. I use an M24 nut on a bent piece of welding rod. It weighs about 540g which is close enough for me.

So after I create a weight of 500grams, and then lift the gun with that weight hanging on the trigger, the gun should not go off?

Correct. If you then just push down a bit more on the trigger it should then go off.

Just a word of advice, don't set the trigger too close to 500g. Allow a bit more so that you can go to equipment control at a match confident that you can lift the 500g.

At the pre-match check they will try to lift the weight 3 times before sending you away to adjust the trigger. If you get selected for a random trigger weight test at the end of a match and it fails to lift the weight 3 times then you must be disqualified.

I used it on my LP10 then at a match I was able to compare to a 'real' trigger weight with an actual roller on the trigger. My home brew version was perfectly accurate.

It's many years since the ISSF rules allowed a roller; certainly before 1993.

LOL... It would appear that our club weights are just a little old. But that's to what I compared my home brew system. I'll triple check it again with a current weight system at the Olympic Training Center this weekend.
