Hi all
I'm having difficulties in adjusting my Morini 162 EI trigger shoe. Since this trigger have only the possibility for adjustments in 1 axe, i was looking for another trigger shoe that could provide that freedom.
does any one know of any supplier providing this kind of accessory for this pistol?

I keep wondering why Morini has provide such a good weapon with such trigger restriction.

Because, according to Francesco, no world class shooter ever asked for more adjustment options. So, if you're not shooting 590+ with a different trigger shoe, your opinion doesn't count for anything at Morini.

I think I can say I know 3 world class shooters (ISSF World Cups - national team), and all shoot with a Morini 162 EI, yet 2 of them use personal customized triggers not the original one :)
Perhaps that's why many shooters are looking else where when choosing top match air pistol.

Morini does make two trigger shoes, the regular and long finger trigger shoe. While I agree it would be nice to see Morini offer a better trigger shoe option - given what they have works and the aftermarket supply of trigger shoes why would they? If you like the Morini AP, you will shoot the Morini and adapt it to you.

That's right, and Francesco certainly has the right to make his own company's policies. On the other hand, the market share of Morini seems to shrink - and one of the main reasons for that is, IMHO, that Morini does not build what the paying public wants, but what some world class shooters (sponsored by him anyway) say and he himself believes. I am pretty sure that not many people at Steyr think that the LP10E is BETTER than the LP10, but as long as somebody will buy it, why not build it. So if I were Morini, I'd try to cover as large a segment of the market as possible, and sell as many things as possible (a lot of people would rather spend their money on trigger shoes, compensators, glowing front sights and strange weight contraptions than buy a pistol that is 10% more expensive than another one). So in short, my problem with Morini is that I believe he is endangering the last Swiss sporting pistol manufacturer by not listening to the market. But at the end of the day, that is certainly the shareholders' problem.
