Unique DES 32 U spare parts

I need a rear sight body and a rear sight elevation adjusting screw for my DES 32 U as the originals are stripped. Any suggestions where I could obtain same.

Try to contact Sportec in Sweden, they used to import Unique and they might have some spares in stock. Think I read something about them buying a lot of spares and Unique is still very popular in Sweden.
