The University of Kentucky has a great setup on their website where you can follow the live electronic target outputs online. They also have a live blog to show your support (for the Wolfpack :-P).
Kieth, donate the money to get a modern system. I don't think Al Gore had invented the internet when the target system was installed at Benning! I have seen some similar displays from ISSFtv.
Andyou are correct, it is cool to watch the shots appear live during a competiton.
CMP did this for the ppp junior olympics this summer at camp perry. It was great having the parents of the shooters be able to see their scores as many couldn't attend due to work. CMP appears to be well funded!
