From the Rink Site--
Anatomical Grips
Sizes
5 Sizes are available
• XS......80mm hand width

• S........85mm hand width

• M.......90mm hand width

• L........95mm hand width

• XL......100mm hand width

The hand width should be measured across the knuckles, without the thumb.

For rifle, you'll need to see what the manufacturers call small, medium, large etc. But as David points out, it's typically measured across the knuckles. Some grips may also cater for different finger lengths but again see what they say for specific rifle.
