What is toz mainspring? maybe firing ping spring?

If I remember correctly a Hammer spring from a S&W K38 will work.

go to http://www.gunsprings.com/ and search for S&W K/L/N-frame rebound order the 16#. you can get a 10 pack to last you a while or sell one to a friend or 2.

I did it and it works great.

Stock numbers are 16665 (1), 30325 (3 pak), or 16645 (10 pak)

I even sent an email to Tula Arsenal, but received no response. No surprise really, as I don't speak any Russian. They probably received it and couldn't figure it out either.
