Benelli, Pardini or Match Guns

Which one and why? With the Benelli what is difference in MP-95 and MP-90?

The Benelli MP90 has adjustable trigger, and anatomic grip.
The trigger modules are interchangeable between the two models, as are the grips.

Why not a Walther? Or a late-production Hammerli 280, if you can find one?
