Fitting an anti-glare tube

Post by tsokasn »

Hello everyone!
I am planing to fit an Gehmann anti-glare tube on my small bore's foresight.
On which side of the foresight must fit it?
The one that looking the target or the one that looks the rear sight?
Thank you!

You need to put it on the front facing the target, as you want to stop the glare coming into the fore sight.

And if you have strong light from behind you need it in the back,(thats if you are shooting out of doors) to stop light hitting the near side of your sight ring.
