How do you remove the "HELL-PLATE PIN" to access grip screw to remove the grip from a Pardini K60? I have to swap out a right hand grip for a left and appear to be seeing the wood colored end of a blank plug when looking up in the grip screw channel.

I revisited the exploded view again, and figured it out. A blank senior moment I guess.
