I was reading the thread about coating pellets and Richard's post about field target guns leading their barrels reminded me of a question I wanted to ask.

Do air pistols suffer from any significant lead buildup over time? If they do, is "normal" cleaning with felt pellets (and some sort of solvent) sufficient to get rid of it?

Not if shooting the relatively low velocities of target rifles and pistols.
