Just a brief and curious question: since mid-December, I have been emailing USA Shooting w.r.t. the Youth Olympic Games, but without any response. Would any of the readers know whether they are all just a in prolonged vacation?

I tried to get in contact with someone at USA Shooting between Christmas and New Years and I couldn't find anyone in the office. Just got voice mail at every selection I tried.

But they responded to my calls on January 5th.

This would be very understandable of couse - many institutions are closed to the public over Christmas and New Year, and the closure seems to have begon *quite* early in case of USA Shooting.

So, I will just send them a second reminder to my inquiry :-).
