Hey all,
i have adjusted my grip so that that it actually fits my hand however the trigger sits just at the tip of my finger now. It is not impossible to shoot but it could be better.
Is there anyone who has made an adjustable trigger for this model or has a spare trigger they would be willing to part with so i could customise one from scratch.

Hello Haemish,

My grip is so that when I hold the gun, my trigger finger can hardly reach the inner part of the trigger guard. I have a Hammerli 107 and if the trigger is similar to what your gun has then maybe you can adopt this idea, as seen on the pictures attached. I used a 2.0mm stainless steel soft annealed wire, and made the bends by hammering it while being clamped onto a table-top vise. The bends are so that you can adjust it forward or rearward, and from left to right. Mine even serves as a trigger stop too. I have been using it since I acquired the gun in 1991 and the whole thing never gave me any problem.

If you're also interested, I made a compensator for my gun that reduced the muzzle flip by at least 30%. I used a machineable plastic as base material for lightness.

Best regards,

Ron

Thanks for the info, i would be interested in having a look at your compensator design. I just finished 'adjusting' the grip to fit, it is much more comfortable now. The main issue with my trigger is that it is a one piece trigger and doesn't have the option of moving the trigger shoe. It looks like my only option is to leave it as is or cut it off and braze a new shoe holder to it. I will wait until i can find a spare before making any modifications. It has taken long enough for me to actually purchase a 50m pistol i don't want to wreck it just yet.

Hi Haemish,

Would you mind sending me a picture of how your trigger looks like?

Will send photos within a few days. I need the help of my daughter downloading this stuff

Regard,

Ron
