Is Abhinav Bindra the olympic champion still in the US?? Was he not training under the US OTC programme???

Abhinav was in the US residing at the OTC for some months prior to the 2004 Olympics. Prior to that he was training in Germany. He did not train in the US prior to the 2008 Olympics.
