Anyone familier with the Beamhit 190 marksmanship training system?

Comparison to Rika or SCATT?

Thanks

Use the Search function and the keyword Beamhit. There has been previous discussion of this unit.

Short answer- it's not a trainer at all.

It's a reasonably accurate dry-fire hit estimator/indicator device.

Fred:

It looks like for the 190 system which uses a PC that Beamhit has enhanced their software.

In the archive for example an issue was made of the fact that the Beamhit system didn't have a POA following capability, but the current description lists trace and plot modes for continual and realtime POA.

It seems that the current system is more capable then the ones listed in the archive but less capable then a Rika. I am trying to find out what is vaporware and is actual capability.
