Dear Members,

An update from Feinwerkbau ...

FWB has just released/posted 2 new Air Pistol models...The P 44 with a short barrel and the P 58 (5 shot) replacing the P 56 for rapid fire...

You’re very welcome Pauln…

I forgot to mention that FWB also told me that they are working on a variation of the trigger for the AW 93 http://www.feinwerkbau.de/ceasy/modules ... PageId=132 so it can be used successfully in Rapid Fire competition…

I suppose that they will make the trigger single stage with maybe a trigger stop adjustment; I don't think that they will add an electronic trigger but who knows what they are cooking…hopefully something good!

I wish FWB would also revise the sights as this has been the main complaint from most shooters when comparing this pistol to the Pardini SP-1 RF.

Best Regards,

Interesting development. I could reduce the weight of my P44 by about 50gm by using one of the new short air cylinders. I own two FWB Pistols (P44 and 103) and have been impressed with their quality. Starting to see more P44's on line at matches.

Not familiar with the AW93, but the sights on their AP are very good, only lacking the ability to adjust depth. That would be a good upgrade.

My guess on Feinwerkbau's trigger is they will just shorten the trigger bar notch(part #27), so that the first stage travel can be adjusted away.
The first stage spring maybe would need to be made longer.
That way, the trigger can be adjusted as one or two stage.
