Olympic AP trials

Just looking at the results, I see many TT members. What happened to our resident expert Swartz? I did not see his on the results list. Or Russ for that matter.

USA Ranking / Olympic Trials

Post by puzzle »

None of the first 3 seeds in USA national ranking do not appear there.
Which make you wonder how this ranking system works.

The first two seeds have average of 593/600 in one match .
The third seed (Russ) has an average of 587/600 in 5 matches (very impressive) with this performance he should win the Olympic trials walking (and also have a good chance for olypic medal).

From the 4th position on we see more realistic data (and also shooters that appear and perfom reasonably in the trials)

Isn't he still on the comeback after elbow surgery?

And Russ has hung up shooting for the time being to pursue other interests.
