Is P44 rearsight depth adjustable?

Couldnt find the definitive answer on the 3 or 4 big threads about the P44, so... can you adjust the depth? I've a bit of black electrical tape to 'adjust' the depth of my IZH rearsight but would prefer not to use this option when I upgrade!

the depth is not adjustable
