What are some good kinds of shooting glasses for air pistol?

I prefer the Champions. I've used Knoblocks in the past and I found that if I wore them too long they became uncomfortable and dug into my nose. I found the Vargas too heavy, and not very sturdy.

I've never used them myself but the MEC look pretty good too.

It's a very personal thing. I have used Knoblocks as my first shooting glasses, I found them to be comfortable, however the sides were a bit too short for me. The only glasses that have adjustable sides are the Champion Olympics and The Mec. I got the champion's and the sides fit much better but they are also twice more expensive. I have tried the Varga, and they felt very nice as well.

My husband has had Champions for quite a few years now. I picked up a set of used Knoblochs as the price was what I could afford. There is no comparison. Th Champions have the quality. The adjustments are very easy to make. There is no chance that a screw will come loose and you will have to start all over from scratch or get another person to help you out.

Hmmm, interesting question. I have two pairs of Knoblochs, and two pairs of Varga's. I have modified my Varga's to take Knobloch accessories and have modified a Knobloch lens holder to accept the Varga iris. Bottom line is they're both good. The Varga's don't have nearly the range of accessories available that you'll find with Knobloch's and Champions. But they are also a lot less money. The choice is yours to enjoy making!
