Pardini HP Scope Bases?

What scope bases seem to provide the best fit/hold on the HP grooves?

Dwaine-Call Larry's guns-he carries Pardini and scope base for the SP and HP.

Thanks for the info Ernie. I was thinking that the groove might be able to hold onto some rings, without a special base? I guess the special base is needed for the recoil? Thanks again. Dwaine.

I purchased a pair of 30 mm scope bases for the Pardini HP from Larry's guns for under $20.00 as I recall. No matter how tight I tightened them they still moved with the recoil. I then removed them and put a small amount of Locktite in the V grove of the gun and on the scope base, and it has been just fine. No movement.
I also purchased a new Pardini SP from Larry and had him install the $139 scope base. Expensive but what a beautiful piece of engineering.
