You have probably already done this, but make sure that any previous grant you may have received has had a final report filed. You may have an open one from a few years back
You can easily check this by emailing to: grantapplication@nrahq.org
If you have received a range grant previously, check on the final report on this too.
The only clubs in my state that I know have been repeatedly "passed-over" are those that did not file final reports.
