I am interested in trying new sight combinations for my 208S. Does anyone know the largest front sight and the largest rear sight that was ever available for the 208S (or any of the variants). I am aware of Larry's guns website. I am looking for combinations that may not appear on Larry's website.

Since no one else has added any help, I'll just mention the following:
In addition to what I posted in your front sight request last month, the largest rear sight blade in the manual is listed as:
1 203 051 -- rear sight blade 4,0 mm
From that info, I would expect 4,4/8 mm front and 4,0 mm rear to be the largest available from the official sources. Of course almost anything could be machined or modified. They even offer:
1 203 191 -- rear sight blade without notch
which might be an option for the rear sight if you want to have something made special.
