I recently purchaseda 46M, and bought some aftermarket grips for it. They are the laminated grips sold by Airguns of Arizona:

The setup is definitely much better than the standard grips. I modified the metal backing plate for the palm rest screws so that I could angle it more aggressively, and now it fits quite snuggly.

Nonetheless, it still doesn't feel quite perfect. Does anyone have any experience with these grips, and how they compare to any of the other grips offered for the 46M? I'm curious now if I should have purchased Rink, Nills, or those at http://www.woodsandwateroutdoors.com./IZHPage.htm.

Now that you have a set of grips that are reasonably close fit, I suggest getting out the dremel, sandpaper, and putty for the final adjustments. I have never found a set of grips, even though my Rinks come close, that provide a perfect fit.

TT:
You have hit on one of the shortcomings of the IZH-46M: there are almost no after market grips available. Rink and Nill do not make grips for the Izzy. As for the grips from Airguns of Arizona and Steve Corcoran, I think I read here that those grips are one in the same. If the AoA grips are close to what you want, it's time to go to work as Fred suggests.
